We accept various payment methods. Any fee-related concerns must be raised promptly and will be addressed in a fair and timely manner. Fee structures and payment terms are subject to variation depending upon the specific details of the case. 

6. Client Covenants of Cooperation

You are required to fully cooperate and provide all necessary information, documentation, and records regarding representation and other services requested. The provision of false or misleading information to the Firm is strictly prohibited. You must also comply with the Firm's Terms of Use and other governing policies.

7. Site Availability and Maintenance

The Firm will endeavor to ensure reasonably consistent access to the Site; however, given the inherent nature of the Internet and related infrastructure, uninterrupted access cannot be warranted. The Site may be temporarily suspended or restricted for necessary repairs, maintenance, security updates, or the introduction of new facilities or services without the requirement of prior notice.
