As per Article 2 (h) of Companies Act, 2063(2006), company not distributing profit is the company that is not entitled to distribute or pay to its members any dividends or any other moneys out of the profits earned or savings made for the attainment of any objectives. Instead, the profits earned by the company shall be used to increase the capital of the company or for the attainment of its objectives.

As per Article 2 (h) of Companies Act, 2063(2006), company not distributing profit is the company that is not entitled to distribute or pay to its members any dividends or any other moneys out of the profits earned or savings because its for public welfare rather than profit of its member.

The registration process may take between 10 (ten) to 15 (fifteen) days.
